Comedian Gabriel Iglesias will be performing his Stand-Up Revolution Tour 7 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Kiva Auditorium of the Albuquerque Convention Center.
Gabriel has been described as funny, a gifted performer who can consistently deliver a quality experience. He a has a high-octane show that is a combination of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring his personal issues to life. He has a clean comedy style that is animated which has earned him national crossover appeal.
He filmed a one hour special and DVD entitled “I’m Not Fat … I’m Fluffy” live in El Paso, which aired on Comedy Central in November 2009.
Mr. Iglesias’ credits are: “Last Comic Standing,” ABC’s “My Wife & Kids,” Showtime’s “Resurrection Boulevard,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Good Morning America,” “The Late Late Show,” FOX TV’s “The Family Guy,” “Showtime at the Apollo” and BET’s “Comic View.”
